Information collected
The booking form collects contact details, postcode, vehicle information and a fault description. If you choose to add photos, a video link or an upload, those are used to assess compatibility and manage the repair enquiry.
Why it is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, check compatibility, prepare quotes, arrange appointments, manage waiting lists, complete repairs and keep appropriate business records.
Uploads and retention
Screen photographs and videos are stored securely and kept while they are needed for the enquiry, repair, warranty record, accounting or a legal obligation. Older files are deleted when they are no longer required.
Sharing information
Information is shared only where needed for website hosting, email delivery, payment or accounting, legal compliance, courier claims or repair logistics. VW Screen Fix does not sell customer data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, request a correction, object to certain uses or ask for deletion where the law allows. Use the contact form and include enough detail to identify your record.
