What is covered
For two years from the date of repair, the replacement touchscreen fitted by VW Screen Fix is covered against a fault in the part or fitting. Once the fault is confirmed, Ed will fit another new replacement touchscreen at no charge.
What is excluded
The warranty does not cover accidental or impact damage, cracked glass, liquid or heat damage, misuse, tampering, incorrect removal or refitting, wiring faults, third-party work, vehicle faults, LCD damage or an unrelated head-unit failure.
Making a claim
Contact Ed with the repair reference, vehicle details and a description of the fault. A photo or short video may help, but it is not required to start a claim. Keep the unit installed until Ed advises otherwise, unless leaving it in place would be unsafe.
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not restrict them.
